Iftaar:
Had 3-4 flat zero oil pakoras
1 mini samosi and roll (zero oil)
5 to 6 tbsp of dahi phulki
Made 4 tbsp uncooked oatmeal in 200ml milk and 2 tbsp of cheese. Had half in iftaar .
Remaining half had in dinner with tbsp of manchurian gravy.
1.5 litre of water since iftaar.
