My name is Maham Mashkoor. I am a teacher by profession. My age is 28years height 5 feet 4 inch and current weight is 68kg. I am from Karachi. I have Pcos.I don't have any cysts now my hormones are balanced but I haven't conceived even once even after 5 years...I want to get fit and wanted to adopt a routine for healthier lifestyle and stayed consistent with enjoying guilt free meals.Thanks
