Sehri:2 eggs with roti,half cup of milk and 1 litre water
Iftar:Dates,fruit and dahi baray and a piece of arbi paratha
Walk after iftar:30 mins
Dinner: chicken tikka
Water intake:3 litre
Steps: nh krsaki but pura din chalti rhi hun as the day was super busy
