Day 6
Breakfast chicken and egg filling sandwich and potatoes and bell pepper mix with a cup of tea
Lunch is again burger with kabab in it and cup of tea
For dinner I have biryani with dahi phulki and salad
I can’t do steps or exercise as I was busy doing pending work and home chores as on every weekend
I had gajar kheer after dinner too but everything I ate today was less in portion than I used to have before kick start challenge
