Day 30
I started my day with a healthy breakfast. Then I had fruits as a mid-morning snack (2 oranges and 1 apple). I had mixed daal for lunch.
Then came the evening—an outing and some junk food 😔.
I always try to eat healthy, but after a few days it ends up like this.
