NO JUNG TODAY: I have stop eating fast food, sweat since 1 month. But I ate 1 tea spoon sugar in tea.
Mobility: walking 30 minutes.
Mindfull eating: I don't use mobile during eating because my child always have it. I tired to chew slow but I have no time with kids.
