Day 27 β Ramadan Log ππ₯
Sehri:
250g yogurt,
2 sandwiches,
3 shami kebabs,
3 eggs,
1 cup chai.
Good protein start βοΈ
Heavy but manageable.
Iftar (Outside Dawat):
1 bowl fruit chaat,
2β3 pakoras,
Chicken karahi,
1 seekh kebab,
3 tikka boti,
Β½ roti + Β½ naan.
After that:
1 cup chai β
Later β 1 shawarma wrap.
Overall today was a social + high calorie day.
Protein was decent, carbs also went high because of dawat meals β which is normal in Ramadan.
Todayβs Reflection
Not every day will be structured.
Not every meal will be βfitness perfect.β
But consistency is not about perfection.
Itβs about returning back to routine again and again.
Ramadan especially tests:
β’ Discipline in hunger
β’ Discipline in social eating
β’ Discipline in energy management
If you can stay even 70% aligned,
you are already ahead of most people.
