Sehri:
2 boiled eggs,
2โ3 rotis,
3 sandwiches (shami stuffed),
1 cup chai,
and lots of water ๐ง
Iftar:
Chicken + vegetables mixed chaat,
Fruit chaat,
2 dates.
Then had black coffee โ and went for gym.
Post-workout:
2 sandwiches (was still a little hungry),
2 scoops Anabolic Mass,
and finished some leftover Iftar as well.
Now just maintaining water intake.
Overall simple day, but consistent.
Todayโs Lesson
I heard a line today that really made sense:
โYou canโt learn swimming without getting into water.โ
And you canโt learn cooking just by watching cooking videos.
Reading about something
and actually doing it
are two completely different things.
You can watch 100 gym videosโฆ
but muscles only grow when you lift the weight.
You can watch business podcasts all dayโฆ
but results only come when you execute.
Knowledge is everywhere today.
Execution is rare.
So sometimes the best advice is simple:
Just start.
Just try.
Just do it.
Because progress comes from action, not information.
