Hydration - 8/9 glasses. ✅
Steps - 6500 ✅
Mediation - 5 min ✅
Sunlight - 10 min. ✅
Morning Snack - 2 dates + few peices of sweet potato
Evening snack- gajar ka halwa ( my sister brought it for me and I couldn't resist ) + chai
Had my babies left over food too ( 4 5 bites extra in lunch 🥲)
