Day 19 – Ramadan Log πŸŒ™πŸ’ͺ
Sehri:
3 stuffed sandwiches,
2 boiled eggs,
250g yogurt,
1 cup chai.
Iftar:
Lobia chaat,
Creamy Fruit chaat,
Fruits (orange + melon).
After that did some scripting and had a Premium community session today.
Really enjoyed the conversation β€” good talks with Husnain, Sidra and Maham, and also discussing some weather updates and parenting topics with Ozaira. Always nice when the community interaction feels real and engaging.
Then went to gym.
Post-workout:
2 scoops Anabolic Mass
  • a little cheat dessert β€” custard from TSK Diets πŸ˜…
Overall mood was good today.
Mentally felt much more active and aligned.
Quick Observation
As Ramadan is moving toward the end, I’m noticing something interesting.
At the start of Ramadan, the body surprisingly felt okay.
But now the body is starting to show:
β€’ slight dehydration
β€’ fatigue
β€’ random laziness
β€’ lower energy levels
Maybe it’s the accumulated fasting days, sleep shifts, and gym intensity together.
