Sehri:
2 boiled eggs,
250g yogurt,
2 sandwiches.
Day:
Mostly work. But one realization hit today โ€”
Ramadan shouldnโ€™t become an excuse for laziness.
It should actually make us more disciplined and intentional.
Iftar:
Chana chaat,
Some fruit (melon + an apple).
Pre-workout:
Black coffee โ˜•
Post-gym:
2 chicken sandwiches with dal shami inside,
2 scoops Anabolic Mass.
Consistency maintained.
Todayโ€™s Realization
I read something today that hit hard:
โ€œEvery time you miss a chance, someone less talented but more consistent is outgrowing you 10ร— faster.โ€
And thatโ€™s the truth most people donโ€™t want to face.
Success rarely belongs to the most talented person.
It belongs to the most consistent executor.
Potential is dangerous if you donโ€™t use it.
Because unused potential slowly turns into regret.
Many people know what to do.
Very few actually execute daily.
So the real question isnโ€™t:
โ€œAm I capable?โ€
The real question is:
โ€œAm I actually doing the work my potential demands?โ€
Thinking doesnโ€™t build anything.
Planning doesnโ€™t build anything.
Execution does.
Ramadan reminder for myself:
Less overthinking.
More doing.
Because somewhere out there, someone with less talent is working harder โ€”
and that alone can outgrow you.
