Breakfast I had dal Besan wali roti with a cup of tea
Lunch today I had fried chicken bites and Besan fries and I’m not regretting at all it’s just like a treat and my relaxation during my journey because not a single meal or few moments or days can decide if I’m failing infact it would be cheating if I m hiding here or trying to say I’m eating everything healthy
I didn’t drop weight as such in 10 days it’s fluctuating but I’m satisfied with what I got in past 10 days
today I had dark chocolate with coconut as well after 11 days but no cookies or processed food
