Today, start day with seed cycling,
Then go for a walk in park near house todays weather is normal so i did some meditation there
Breakfast 3 tbsp panjeeri with boiled egg and half cup of coffee without sugar
Lunch half roti with teenday ki sabzi and salad
Evening a cup of tea with handfull makhanas
Dinner half roti with same sabzi and chutney,
Then go for walk in street because of cool wind
Then before bed time took a cup of tea.
Step count today was around 6500
Water intake 6 and half glass.
