Breakfast: 1 glass water, Apple oatmeal & 1 bowl of yogurt.
Lunch:30 gram roti with channa salan.
Dinner: 1 bowl of yogurt.
Protein in every meal ✅ fiber before lunch ✅ water 3 liter ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅ outdoor walk for 45 minutes ✅
