Lunch:30g roti with chicken white handi.
Dinner: 2 chicken pieces,6 to 7 pieces of watermelon.
Protein in every meal ✅ fiber before lunch ✅ water 2.5 liter ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅ outdoor walk for 1 hour ✅
