Breakfast oats add seeds almonds and walnuts 4,5 strawberries 1 date
Lunch fruit + salad bowl add again seeds 1 tea spoon and half tea spoon mayonnaise
Snack tea without sugar 2 sugar free biscuits
Dinner chicken shami sandwich make brown bread add cucumber
After dinner took qahwa
After every meal 15 mints walk done ✅
