Monday Kickoff
Goodmorning and happy Monday everyone. I'm back to "reality" this week, after two weeks on vacation. As much as I enjoy time off, I also thrive on routine, so getting back to my morning dog walks felt amazing. My goal this week is to clock at least 5 morning walks. What's one thing you are going to do this week to move your health forward? Drop it below and let's keep each other accountable.

Late Sunday Start ๐Ÿ™ˆ
Happy Sunday everyone. So my Sunday has kicked off very late today. I would say it's for good reasons but I'll let you be the judge of that ๐Ÿ˜ Having an English wife and son, means I become a defactor England supporter once my own country ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ got eliminated. The game kicked off at midnight and went until 03:00 AM, so to say sleep was disrupted would be an understatement. Seeing the joy on my son's face was worth it though, so I will happily feel tired today. Did any of you catch the game?

Real talk Tuesday
I haven't done a proper workout in days. I've eaten what I wanted, slept in, said yes to the extra pint of beer. And I'm not stressing about it because "consistent" doesn't mean "perfect." It means I'll get back to it when I'm home, same as always. No guilt tour required. Anyone else terrible at "staying on track" on vacation? Good. Me too. ๐Ÿ˜„ The video attached is the sum total of my exercise today ๐Ÿ˜†. That's my old neighbours dog. they also have an amazingly beautiful garden.

Time to get back to routine
The last week has been amazing. Seeing friends; walking the city; eating and drinking to my hearts content but tomorrow I get back to some semblance of a "normal" routine. I had an amazing breakfast at a beautiful hotel (see screenshot) this morning. These little breaks from the gym and more structured eating, always leave me wanting to get back to my regular meals and exercise. I'll do a short 30/40 minute workout tomorrow. How is your Monday/next week plan looking?
