I haven't done a proper workout in days. I've eaten what I wanted, slept in, said yes to the extra pint of beer. And I'm not stressing about it because "consistent" doesn't mean "perfect."
It means I'll get back to it when I'm home, same as always. No guilt tour required. Anyone else terrible at "staying on track" on vacation? Good. Me too. π
