The last week has been amazing. Seeing friends; walking the city; eating and drinking to my hearts content but tomorrow I get back to some semblance of a "normal" routine.
I had an amazing breakfast at a beautiful hotel (see screenshot) this morning.
These little breaks from the gym and more structured eating, always leave me wanting to get back to my regular meals and exercise.
I'll do a short 30/40 minute workout tomorrow.
