Dear Facilitators, let me start from the end. I feel like one of my favorite moments in facilitating a workshop especially with large groups is the "harvest" one, when the room is empty again, it's a mess now and you sit down to do a retrospective on what happened to collect all the data to continue design better next times. I was curious to learn from you what tools/methods or other do you find useful in building a journal of your experience, for you as a professional or for the client?
