Second meeting
I have a meeting tomorrow and am feeling nervous, what tips do you use to get those jitters out? I know I'll be fine but just those butterflies.

Conflict Resolution
What is everyone's Conflict Resolution strategy if someone in your meeting gets out of line, but you want to be respectful the best way you can? if that makes any sense.

Thank you, everyone, My meeting went great and I got to use some of the tips you all suggested. had no conflicts at all this meeting and had everyone tell me it was an excellent meeting. Everyone's tips are awesome i will be writing them down and help our new Facilitators on boarding.

How would you lay out ground rules to a big crowd? our office has an open forum and just curious how you would control a big crowd. what are some good activities to do to keep people interested and make them want to engage?
