Hey, @Salah Bouchma it was a course put up by our office here in Canada, they called in a lady from another community with a degree in law and social work. she had a lot of great stuff in her workshop that worked great for our culture, gave us a voice to be heard and some great advice on working with people with those intentions to make a better work environment. I would love to give more info but I would have to ask her for permission.
