This Asparagus Gruyère Tart comes together in about 30 minutes and tastes like something you'd order at a fancy restaurant. 💃

Flaky puff pastry, melty Gruyère, fresh asparagus from the garden, and a honey-dijon base that will knock your socks off.

It's so easy that I made it with my toddler, hence the messiness around the edges. 🤭 And so good that I wish we'd made two!
