It admittedly feels weird to go 3 full days in a row of not training.
I am very bored tbh.
I am very grateful for it though because it has allowed to met get some true rest and actually be present.
Have been able to catch up on other things and work and it has also taught me to not be completely dependent on training.
Not using as escapism from thoughts and have been able to truly sit with my thoughts.
Grateful.
