Daily consistency taught me more than I expected… The 110+ straight days of training and none of it happened alone. What I learned most is that results aren’t about motivation.They’re about systems, standards, and the people you surround yourself with. I stopped relying on how I felt and started building a life that removed excuses.
Discipline became the baseline, not the exception.
I learned that growth isn’t just physical. It’s mental resilience, accountability, and being honest with yourself when it’s uncomfortable.
