Hey I have hit a bit of a roadblock with some programming. I have been programming for a client who has limited equipment and am getting a bit stuck when it comes to PO.
The equipment is as follows
- Adjustable DBs: goes from 2kg to 32, increments of 4kg from 4kg onwards
- 1 Pair of 7kg DBs
- Resistance Bands: 25kg and 45kg
- Adjustable Bench
- 16kg KB
He has made good progress in dropping bodyweight, dropping BF % and increasing SMM.
