Normally, I like to work out first thing in the morning because as the day gets going, it's challenging to get my work out in.
I had cut what I wanted to do to still get a quality session in. This is what was on the plate:
Dynamic warm-up 10M
Main Lift:
Zercher Squats 4X2
Weighted Pull-up 2X3
*during rest 1L Curl 2X7
Weighted Dip 2X5
* during rest 1A Weighted Popeye Curl 2X7
Accessory:
Upper back/Grip
I was still able to get a heavy leg session in with the crowded gym and just had to swap out a few exercises due to the time. Overall, another session in the books.
