Today I felt STRONG through my entire workout.
Energy was good. Weights felt solid. I was moving.
Then I hit the shoulder press machineā¦
And it absolutely kicked my butt.
Hereās the thing⦠this is NOT usually a hard machine for me. Iāve done it plenty of times. So why was today so hard? My shoulders are usually solid lol.NOT TODAY!
Has anyone else had an exercise that normally feels fine suddenly feel 10x heavier?
What do you tell yourself when that happens?
