Every weekend I will 'gain' at least 2 kgs due to having 3 regular meals plus a tea break with my better half. My weight is good early Sat morning breakfast and by end of Sunday, it's 2 kg more.. Then I spend the week trying to shed this 2 kg... it's a constant cycle.
On weekdays, i actually eat carefully with focus on protein, portion size for breakfast and lunch. I don't normally have big breakfast except on Sundays. Lunch on my own is a light meal. Usually by Wed, my weight is back to normal.
I try to focus on what I eat in a week rather than each day.....if I eat more on one day, I have to eat less on another day...so that in a week, I don't "overeat".. else the foodie in me will be frustrated.
I need to do better on weekends.😬
