I start fasting today until the 27th of March and have decided I’m not going to slack off.
So I’m here to ask if you’d want to be my accountability partner(s)?
The plan is to stay consistent with the following:
- Hydrate - 2.3L water
- 90 minutes of movement
- Minimum 4 workout sessions between today and 27th
- Minimum 8500 steps a day.
