Strawberry matcha + chia seeds = my little “fancy boba treat that still supports my goals.”
Creamy, refreshing, and gives me that steady energy without the crash. 🙌
What’s in my cup:
✅ Strawberry matcha
✅ Chia seeds (for fiber + staying power)
✅ Ice + your milk of choice
Ingredients
• ½ bottle Fairlife Core Power Elite Strawberry (42g bottle)
• ½ serving (18g) SUNA Protein Tea Latte – Ceremonial Matcha
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
• Ice (optional splash of water to thin)
Directions
1. Fill a cup or shaker with ice.
2. Add ½ bottle Fairlife + ½ serving SUNA. Shake/stir until smooth.
3. Stir in 1 Tbsp chia.
4. Let sit 5–10 minutes (thickens), stir again, enjoy.
I didn’t include in the recipe but totally optional to add a couple of chopped fresh strawberries 🍓 !
