🌱 Support Looks Different for Everyone
Today a friend reached out to share something personal she’s going through.
No details — just a reminder that being a good friend isn’t about fixing, judging, or having the right words. Sometimes it’s simply listening and holding space.
Fitness has taught me discipline and resilience, but it’s also taught me empathy. We all show up carrying things no one can see.
If you’re the person someone feels safe opening up to, that’s not accidental — that’s trust. And if you’re the friend someone trusts enough to open up to, that’s an honor. If you’re going through something quietly, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Strength shows up in many forms. Today, this was one of them. 🤍
🤗 Sometimes support looks like silence and presence. What has helped you most when you were struggling?
