Step classes
My coworker decided to start doing exercises after a long time.. she is also 50 and I think I gave her motivation to start again as she is seeing results on me. Told her is not only the exercise she must focus but also in what foods she eats.. she started to come with overnight oats, with boiled eggs, fruit ☺️ and drinking more water which I can tell is quite a sacrifice for her.
Last week she challenged me to go with her and to show her some support I will go to one of the classes.
The other one is GAP, is a localized training but I already go to the gym 3x a week and do those workouts. But today’s class is step dance, and I will go over my comfort zone as it is something I’ve never done before, combining dance with step.
It will be at 9pm but it is the only time she can, because of her kids.
Will I make it through? 🤔
