Slumped!
I am still here but have been "skipping" skool quite a bit. My energy level is extremely low. Ngl, menopause is not fun. The symptoms come and go. At one point, you are up there and you can conquer anything! The next minute, you are down in the dumps and clawing your way up!
Yes, I still do workout and just got my body moving. Sleep is important for recover but hey, with my body going through this, if I can sleep a wink without having to wake up and still want to go back to bed, that WILL BE a blessing. Life moves on and you put a foot in front of the other. A step at a time. Just like fitness....a day at a time.
