I’m writing to ask for some tips or maybe encouragement? I haven’t received Darren’s information on lifting yet, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to tell me I should be pushing to lift heavier for more progress.
I don’t have a gym partner and feel too shy, or like I’m bothering people, to ask for a spotter. So, I’ve mostly stayed at the weights I’m most comfortable lifting and know I can complete the full sets. How are you all safely lifting heavier without a spotter?
