With a major(ish?) change of plans, what was meant to be 2 months of prep, has now been cut to just 1 month; i.e. I'll be going for my first dragon boat race of the year at the end of April. Training frequency has upped to 6 days/week. If that sounds crazy, yes it is.
This is my accountability post to myself:
- I'm not going to be that crazy lady that will be at the river all 6 days per week.
- Wednesdays & Saturdays are strength days - non-negotiable!
