Sesame chicken salad with edamame
So I attempted to make myself a sesame chicken salad with edamame without sesame oil.
I used my skinny girl sesame dressing.
77g of cooked chicken breast.
1 large egg
57g of edamame
90g of romaine lettuce 🥬
2 mini cucumbers 🥒
41g Tomatoes 🍅
26g of onion 🧅
8g of rice flour
2 tbsp of skinny girl sesame dressing
Mix the egg with spices of your choice. Set aside.
Put rice flour on a plate.
Cut onions and soak in the egg mixture then into the flour. Set into air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 350 F.
Cook the chicken with the remaining egg mixture.
Cook the edamame
Cut lettuce 🥬, cucumbers 🥒 and tomatoes 🍅.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and add the dressing.
Mix well and enjoy 😊
I forgot to take a picture again. It tasted pretty good.
