Hey beautiful people , so this is my accountability post ….. I haven’t done a whole lot with my goals these past couple weeks I have weighted myself but not everyday I find it really difficult to add it in the morning 🫠🫠🫠🫠
Haven’t tracked a think at all
And have moved my body a bit but haven’t done an official workout
⭐️I did do a food sensitivity test and got my results and have been researching food that triggers stuff but I haven’t been very practical and physical
So my question is how do u split ur time is it up earlier , habit stacking, time blocking ect 💖💖💖
