My biggest win completely 5 day sprint 🙈 it took me soo long my own poor time management but after me being dramatic it is helping me be less of a perfectionist because I still get it done just on a time delay . My other big win was completing my mood board 🤩🤩🤩🤩 and looking forward to over the next 6 months is doing my plan and my mood board as I’m going to a concert as well outdoor in the summer pray 🙏 the UK has a summer 😂😂😂

So this 5 day is more like an 8 day , I still need to measure myself , haven’t updated my weekly win from the previous course and I forgot to weight myself today - however 🥂I have done about 2000 steps consistently ( I’m off work and bed rotting is my vibe ) 🥂used my light therapy mask 3 times 🥂 got a program with Darren 🥂my fitness pal pro 🥂 done all work admin Part of me feels behind (I’m a Virgo ) part of me things I should have managed my time better did a lot in less than 24 hours

Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA! I was a tad busy planning an epic kids’ bday party filled with gym games and scooters, slime lab, and glow in the dark party! And crafting up a balloon backdrop lol 😂 My babies turned 5 💙 & 9 💜 😭 🎉 time please slow down. I clocked 12K steps, had a protein shake as my main meal, and still enjoyed a cupcake with my kids (because… it’s their birthday, obviously 🧁❤️). And not just any cupcake the baker was literally a Netflix Cupcake Wars season winner, so I’m calling that “supporting small business and fine art.” 🤣✨ Also… multiple people told me I look like my high school self and I’m not saying it boosted my ego, but I did walk a little taller the rest of the day in my decked out size Large Alo outfit. I was like no waaaay shut up… wait keep talking haha 😆💁‍♀️ Your turn 👇 What’s a win you had recently? give yours some grace , things take a min for your mind, body and soul to adjust to the new person your becoming & remember something is better than nothing, you need a playlist or a tv show fun + gadgets = joy 🤩

When you put your figures into the calculator and it’s say 28weeks till being more aligned with my body, July approximately 🙈🙈🙈 part like ooo nice take my time and part of my brain when that’s f**king ages ugh 😂😂😂😂 😒😒😒😒 well this is gonna be interesting on moderate - I’m to lazy todo intensive one
