PBfit Protein Rice Cake Bites (5 pieces)
Makes: 5 bite-sized stacks
Great for: Pre-workout, snack plate, or portioned grab-and-go
Ingredients:
  • 16 g PBfit (100% Peanut Powder)
  • 22 mL Fairlife Elite Vanilla Core Power (≈ 1½ tbsp total)
  • 5 mini rice cakes(or 1 full-size rice cake cut into 5 equal pieces)
Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine 16 g PBfit with 22 mL Fairlife Elite Vanilla Core Power.
  2. Stir until a thick, glossy peanut-butter-like paste forms. It should hold its shape (perfect for topping).
  3. Divide the PBfit mixture evenly into 5 portions.
  4. Spoon and spread one portion onto each mini rice cake (or rice cake piece).
  5. Plate, chill briefly if you want it firmer, and enjoy 😋
Texture Notes:
  • Thicker / frosting-style: keep liquid at 22 mL
  • Softer / spreadable: add 1–2 mL more liquid total
