Team, I am in crisis. I have strained some core muscle on my side that was once irritating and now has rendered me immobile. Well not exactly immobility, but I was told to take a break! What is this?!?!! I need more notice if I am not allowed to use a treadmill or lift heavy things!! I was doing so good! I was down one pound in the last 10 days! That’s really good for someone who is 5 feet tall! I am told to chill for at least 3 days! In 3 days I could gain 3 pounds and revert back to flabby! Team, my strength is moving, not dieting. This is causing me more stress than it should. I think I am just sad to lose my momentum. 😔
On a happy, side note, my son’s knee seems to be better or at least he is pushing through to continue to compete. He’s back on the slopes! One more competition to go!
