4 kids: 6 months to 5 yr old.
GOAL: Looking at 125 lbs, tone body, but no six packs. I want to break the cycle of starting and stopping in my fitness journey.. not sure if it's genetic laziness or mindset of procrastination as an adult. I am 5'2 and 150 lbs now. I want to feel good in my body and stay physically attracted for my MAN... keep this change and my new BBB lifestyle for myself and my family. Be a good steward of this body God has given me.

Any hot soup that is delicious like chicken soup, beef soup with ton of veggies.. good hearty salad with banana peppers!!! Tacos with homemade tortillas... with a nice salsa on the side... I'm latina so 🤪 don't come for me.
