my number one focus whilst I’m at the gym
Is to get strong AF with good form and tempo.
Yesterday I got 320kg on the leg press for 10 reps very good depth and speed. I’m Extremely proud of myself for this.
This morning my legs are a little sore but not too bad… ask me again tomorrow and it might be a different story 😂
