The past couple of weeks with my health setback I hated tracking my weight because it was out of my control with so many factors. I did it anyway and showed up. For me my weight had to become just a number, although frustrating and hated it, it was not real and it recovered as my body recovered. Recovering with grace I hope. Allowed my body to heal. Stepped back for a moment. But never mentally quit. Now that I am coming out of it my weight has recovered and I hit a new low today.
Sharing so that if you are struggling just keep going. Be nice to yourself and keep moving forward as your body allows.
