Here is a review of what my goals were when I decided that I had enough of all the excuses and I was going to start and do something about myself. In June I was 180lbs(81.65kg) I felt gross, didn’t have energy to do anything and was getting really depressed. I decided after many videos from Darren that I was going to reach out and I’m so glad I did.
My main goal was to loose 40 lbs and be 140 in 6 months. I also wanted to build muscle because I didn’t want to be just a smaller version of myself. I wanted to be healthier so I could be there for my family.
I started tracking my meals and drinking water everyday. I also went for walks at least 7K a day. I started doing workouts 3 times a week. The hardest part for me was getting my 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I had to be accountable for myself, my actions or lack there of. If things were not working it was probably because I was not listening.
I’m 6 months I lost the 40 lbs and more and I’m working on building muscles and dropping body fat. I would love to get a professional photo shoot when I’m happy with my results. It would be a reminder of my achievements.
