My daily bread 2
Today I made wraps or, translated - "thinn bread" as we say here.. I think every country has their own thinn bread. This is my own recipe though, with greek yoghurt (0%fat), swedish filmjölk (4%fat, thinner and sweeter than yoghurt but thicker than sourmilk.. hard to explain). I used chickpea flower, rye flower and allround flower, sodium bicarbonate, salt and a small amount of sirup.
