Morning cooking
Normally, I rarely cooked for myself, so I didn’t really pay much attention to my nutrition.
Some meals were too oily, some too salty — I usually just ate whatever was convenient.
Now I’m learning again.
Relearning how to cook for myself, how to choose better ingredients, and how to nourish my body more intentionally.
And honestly, I’m really enjoying the process every time I cook.
Small steps, but it feels good.
