Hey everyone 2 small wins for me in the past 7 days are...
Switching to a gym closer to work. And buying gear, gym bags, protein powders etc..
The old gym i was going to was 30 mins away and because of that i would skip workouts and just go straight home. Now the gym i go to is 5 mins away and its a lot easier to stick to my workout split.
I also bought a gym bag, new gym clothes and joined this community to ensure i work towards my gaols and not put it off which is the thing i struggle with the most consistently and accountability.
