I made it! I am done with my crazy work schedule and sleep deficit for this year!! π π π
How am I doing you ask??!! I am soo tired! I have had 4 days off in the last 4 weeks, butI have kept to my workout schedule, lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio 1-2 days a week. I lost the one pound I gained in the first 4 weeks, so I feel pretty good about that!
However, I am ready to rest and recharge and get back to my goals!!
1.Need to rebuild my cardio. Running 1-2 days a week is not working. I need to run 3 days a week.
Got to put that back in my schedule
2.Get stronger. Continue to lift 4 days a week.
3.Back to nutrition. Crazy work schedule means abnormal eating. Time to get back to normal
4.spend more time with my family. Got to make some summer plans!
Come t think I it, I havenβt really been normal since joining here. The moment I joined this group, I got sick and then my dog died and then I jumped into my crazy work scheduleβ¦ you all may get to see a whiole new, fun side of me!!
