For the past two weeks i have decided to try and do things a little differently just to help boost up my step count (since lower body workout is out for the time being).
So said to myself that I MUST get at max 2000 steps before i start my usual morning routine and before sitting down to do any work.
That I must say it has worked more than i thought with my daily "on purpose walking" coming in at between 9k-11k steps. I also realized that it made my body feel more refreshed and alert before starting work 🤓 which makes my day get off to a good start considering that on some days I used to feel like i had find that inner energy to get to full concentration.
So i guess its a little adjustment that is here to stay.
