Today during my workout I got thinking about what I do in-between my sets. At times you may find me catching my breath for a second, walking, pacing, stretching, singing to the music, or even full out dancing depending upon the song and my mood.
I know we are to rest so that we can lift full out and I do that. But, interesting to think about what we do in between sets. What do you find yourself doing in between sets?
Today I did a little of all of the above. Mostly dancing today. Benefit of working out at home I think. 😆
